Demco’s Hurricane Relief Program Offers Discount to Libraries in Need
Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria left widespread devastation, and many libraries were hit hard. Losses range widely from damaged collections to complete losses of buildings and their contents.
Through its Hurricane Relief program, Demco has committed to giving away a portion of its profits by providing a 30% discount on all qualifying orders. Libraries in the affected regions that suffered damage can take advantage of this discount on their entire order from Demco on all products, including supplies, equipment, and furniture.
“It is our honor to serve the libraries who serve our communities and learners,” said Demco President Nedra Sadorf. “Our thoughts are with the communities impacted by the recent hurricanes, and we are committed to doing what we can to partner with our library customers and help them resume regular operations as quickly as possible.”
“The program is intended to help affected libraries rebuild and replenish, emerging stronger to continue their critical mission of service,” said Sadorf.
